How to Request Warranty Service

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us via email at info@brightpathmobility.com or call 747-318-8014. Be prepared to provide the following details:
- Order number
- Shipping address
- Email address
- Phone number
- Name of the purchased product
Proof of purchase is necessary for all warranty claims.

Warranty Coverage

BrightPath Mobility warrants all parts, frames, and accessories of our products against defects in materials and workmanship. Our warranty coverage includes:
- Full coverage of parts and labor costs for the first year.
- Frame and motor coverage for two years, excluding accessories.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

- Shipping costs related to product repairs.
- Damage resulting from shipping, handling, theft, abuse, neglect, or vandalism.
- Issues arising from improper installation, unauthorized maintenance, or electrical interference.
- Failures due to improper use or lack of maintenance, including failure to follow operating instructions.
- Environmental damage from fire, flood, rust, corrosion, sand, mud, storms, hail, earthquakes, or tornadoes.
- Normal wear and tear, including Velcro or zipper failure, fabric tearing, foam changes, fabric fading, fraying, and pilling.
- Natural variations in leather patterns.
- Physical damage from stains, liquids, mildew, water, animals, cuts, burns, or other unsanitary conditions.
- Products bought from unauthorized dealers.
- Damage from non-compliance with operating instructions, electrical interference, dropped products, improper use, environmental conditions, exposure to elements, loss of use during service, unauthorized repairs, or theft or neglect.
